What is the brokerage?
Standard local rate, agreed in writing before we start marketing. Nothing is payable until the sale is registered.
Can I sell only part of my land?
Yes. We arrange the sub-division survey and patta split so the buyer gets a clean separate patta.
I live outside Tamil Nadu / abroad. Can you still sell?
Yes – many of our sellers are NRIs from this area. We coordinate with your family locally or through a registered power of attorney.
