Frequently asked questions
Can I get a bank loan to buy agricultural land?
Some nationalised and co-operative banks offer land-purchase loans to existing farmers / small farmers under agri schemes; salaried buyers usually cannot get a loan for bare farm land. We check your eligibility before you commit.
Which plots qualify for a plot loan?
DTCP / local-body approved plots with individual patta and clear 13-year EC. Unapproved layout plots and natham sites are generally not financed.
Do you charge for loan assistance?
No fee from us for the eligibility check and file preparation. Bank processing charges and legal / valuation fees are paid directly to the bank.
