What does a per-sq.ft construction contract include?
Structure, brickwork, plastering, flooring, doors / windows, electrical and plumbing to the agreed specification and brands. Items like borewell, compound wall, sump and interiors are quoted separately so the comparison is honest.
Do I need plan approval for a house in a village panchayat?
Yes – a building plan approved by the panchayat (and DTCP for larger buildings) is needed, and banks insist on it for a home loan. We handle the drawing and application.
How are payments made?
Stage-wise – foundation, lintel, roof, finishing – against work completed, never a large advance.
